The Australian Government has recognised the emerging potential of Plastic Optical Fibre networking applications with the award of a grant to DiMoto in April. The competitive Commercialising Emerging Technologies (COMET) program will assist DiMoto to further commercialise its innovations in Ethernet over Plastic Optical Fibre.
